Jennifer graduated from Austin Peay State University with a degree in Communications. She enjoys working on her home, playing with Cooper DeVille, her pup, and spending time with her girlfriend.

With over 14 years of HVAC experience, Joe's technical expertise ensures that he can fix any repairable system. Joe joined Perfection Air in 2007, and his experience makes him an asset to the company. With his quick wit, he will leave you laughing and comfortable
after he repairs your unit.
Joe enjoys mountain biking and fishing with his four kids on his weekends off.
John Hertel

As a certified refrigerant and Puron technician, John offers his customers a varied supply of talents to make certain your HVAC needs are met. With his outstanding
customer service, it is no wonder that customers can't stop talking about his charming personality. John has been in the HVAC industry since 1992 and is looking forward
to providing you with top-notch courtesy and expertise.
In his spare time, John enjoys the piano and jazz. You can also catch him watching classic movies.
Eddie Carmody

Though a recent addition to the Perfection Air family, Eddie has over 14 years experience in the HVAC industry. Holding a multitude of certifications, Eddie is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that he leaves you comfortable and happy in your home.
Eddie enjoys playing music, drawing, and writing in his spare time.

As the newest addition to the Perfection Air team, Brian looks to make certain that any part or equipment you need will be provided in a timely and
efficient manner. Working closely with our variety of vendors, Brian can ensure that you will receive the equipment you want at a price you can afford. With over 10 years
of HVAC Warehouse/Purchasing experience, Perfection Air is looking forward to a long and prosperous future with Brian.
Brian is a singer/songwriter/performer and enjoys spending his spare time with his wife of 8 years and his three year old daughter.
Andy Baranes
Operations Manager
At Perfection Air, Andy has a broad base of responsibilities. He coordinates all of the technicians and installers to certify that all work is done in a timely, effiecient, and correct manner.
Andy also is the head estimator, and will gladly make a free visit to your home in order to give you a very competitive quote for the replacement of your equipment. Andy is focused on improving customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of Perfection Air.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys travelling with his wife, as well as playing soccer and poker.
Maggie Hires
Marketing Director
Maggie has been with Perfection Air since 2005. Beginning her career as the Sales and Operations Coordinator, Maggie has a very extensive knowledge of the
office procedures and practices. As the newly appointed Marketing Director, Maggie looks forward to expanding Perfection Air's service, as well as exploring new venues for the
immense talent within Perfection Air's employees.
Maggie has a BS in Mathematics from Georgia State University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. She also likes to play poker, watch UFC, and cheer for the UF Gators.
Eli Baranes
CEO
Eli established Perfection Air in 1996 after working for many years in the HVAC industry. With proven excellence and professionalism, Eli and Perfection Air have made solid business contacts and highly-valued repeat customers throughout the Atlanta community. Having an extensive background in HVAC installation and repair, Eli provides unmatched industry expertise to our still rapidly growing company.
Eli holds a commercial and residential HVAC contractor license for Georgia and the surrounding states. He also is in charge of all multi-family and commercial project quotes and will gladly analyze your blueprints and place the appropriate bid for all of your HVAC needs.
Eli enjoys travelling the world with his wife and three daughters.

Joining Eli as a partner of Perfection Air in 2004, Itzhack has made dramatic in-house changes that has led Perfection Air to the next level in the HVAC industry.
With Itzhack's all-encompassing knowledge of business management, Perfection Air has become an exceptional and remarkable company with highly-trained technicians and
first-rate customer service.
Itzhack has a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management from Haifa University. He also has an MBA in Business Management from Derby University.
Izhack enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.
